Course content

The courses offered by Academia Larte include self-study units in the form of videos, PDFs, quizzes, and possibly other materials. They are designed for self-study without the guidance of a teacher.
Questions about the courses and course materials can be sent at any time to info@academia-larte.org. If the number of course graduates exceeds a certain number, we will set up a closed discussion forum for the course.

License

The purchase of a course grants access to the course only to the purchaser. Access data may not be shared. In the event of misuse of access rights, Academia Larte reserves the right to exclude users from the platform.
By purchasing a course, the purchaser acquires access to the course for as long as Academia Larte is actively conducting business. In the event of liquidation or bankruptcy of Academia Larte, the purchaser has no claim to further access to the purchased courses.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is the courts of law at the registered office of Academia Larte or the production company Manacanto Musikagentur Wolfgang Böhler in Switzerland.

Terms of payment

A prerequisite for payment and thus access to a course is the creation of an account for the course participant. The Privacy Policy of Academia Larte applies.
Payments are made via the platforms offered during the payment process. These may change.
Access to the course is granted after successful payment.

The courses are created to the best of our knowledge and belief, but Academia Larte cannot rule out the possibility of controversial or erroneous information being found and accepts no liability.
If Academia Larte is made aware of verifiable factual errors by course graduates, it will correct them within a reasonable period of time.

Academia Larte does not guarantee learning success with the courses offered.

All downloadable content is intended for personal use only.

Refund Policy Clause

Once a purchase has been completed, Academia Larte will only offer refunds in accordance with the applicable legal obligations in the buyer’s country.
