Academia Larte also organizes in-person courses in Manaus. The current course offerings, which are open to the public, include workshops on ear training and improvisation in January 2027 in Manaus. Further details about the workshops will follow here later this year. However, those interested are welcome to contact us now via the email address info@academia-larte.org.

This course introduces you to the basics of a modern theory that explores the connections between music, emotions, and the principle of
entanglement. It can be a step toward a deeper understanding of the impact of music.
A sheet for Consolidation No. 5, p. 172, by Franz Liszt, featuring the original harmonies. The bass line is notated starting at measure 39. One could also interpret the upper voice as the leading voice. We find the use of the introductory melody as the bass line more interesting.
Music is usually understood as a kind of structure made up of fixed elements—tones, intervals, chords, rhythms, timbres, and so on. This course presents an alternative way of understanding music: as a world consisting of elements that change their form and relationships
depending on the context in which they are embedded.
